• From Natural Graphite Ore: The manufacturing of Graphite is a multi-step process. First, natural graphite is extracted by mining. The mined ore is then crushed and ground to release graphite flakes, followed by separation using flotation and chemical purification. At standard temperature and pressure, it is an inert material, and it does not react with water. At a temperature of 700°C in the presence of air, it combusts, producing carbon dioxide as a result. It sublimates at around 3650°C under normal pressure conditions. It is an excellent thermal and electric conductor and has a lower density ranging from 2.20 to 2.30 g/cm³.
