The mixture is then formed using an 800t friction brick press, applying multiple pressurization cycles to achieve the desired density. Finally, the bricks undergo heat treatment at 150-200 degree Celsius for at least 32 hours. For special requirements, the bricks may be lightly burned and impregnated with asphalt.

These bricks have excellent thermal shock resistance, strong slag erosion resistance, and low porosity with high-temperature strength. They also possess good corrosion resistance.
