Manufacturing Process of NP Fertilizer

• Production from Rock Phosphate: This procedure involves first acidifying phosphate rock using nitric acid to produce a solution of calcium nitrate and phosphoric acid. This solution is then frozen to separate the calcium nitrate crystals from the phosphoric acid.
